Evolving over 11 years, our 2 acre garden
has now grown (even more) into a larger piece of paradise. Memories
has an extensive range of ornamental trees and shrubs that make up a
series of smaller gardens within the property. Ornamental trees, now
large, have been planted for loved ones.
The "Willow Garden" consists of weeping, black and curly willows
which makes a wonderful canopy for azaleas, hydrangeas
and shade-loving fox gloves. A wet area is edged with agapanthus and
day lilies, adjoining this area is a newly established cottage garden
boarded by the golden diosmas. A small azalea and rhododendron garden
is a special place for our fairies and birds. Conifers, other roses,
wisterias, camellias, lilacs and philadelphus are just some of the many
interesting garden subjects to be seen. A series of ponds cascading
into a larger pond with a lovely waterfall is a must-see.
